Participation instructions and fees for commercial vendors
The application period for exhibitors as well as food and bazaar vendors for 2012 festival has closed 31 January 2012. We recieved a huge amount of applications. Thanks to all who registered!
The participation fees are divided into different categories; the most inexpensive category is for KEPA’s member organisations. Make sure that you indicate the correct type of organisation, you might lose your place by giving incorrect information. Your organisation must accept the conditions of participation at the time of the registration. Please read the conditions carefully.
Please note that due to large amount of applications and the limited size of the festival area, not all applications will be approved. KEPA reserves the right to approve or reject any exhibitor application.
Food and bazaar vendors need to bring their own tent (max. 4x4m). KEPA will provide a small sink for washing hands that is shared with the neighbouring stand. Commercial food vendors will not be provided with tables or chairs. Bazaar stands will not be provided with electricity, tables or chairs.
