Participation instructions and fees for NGOs
The application period for exhibitors as well as food and bazaar vendors for 2012 festival has closed 31 January 2012. We recieved a huge amount of applications. Thanks to all who registered!
The participation fees are divided into different categories; the most inexpensive category is for KEPA’s member organisations. Make sure that you indicate the correct type of organisation because you may lose your place by giving incorrect information. Your organisation must accept the conditions of participation at the time of the registration. Please read the conditions carefully.
Please note that due to large amount of applications and the limited size of the festival area, not all applications will be approved. KEPA reserves the right to approve or reject any exhibitor application. Only applications for a standard stand from KEPA's member organisations will be approved automatically.
The standard stand size in Market of Possibilities Tent is 2 x 2 meters. You can also participate by bringing your own tent (max. 16m2). If you need assistance in renting a tent, please contact Production Assistant Niko Wilkinson (niko [dot] wilkinsonkepa [dot] fi). For a larger stand and better visibility, you may choose one of the Stand and Promotion Packages. The exact sizes and media requirements will be given after the package has been confirmed.
The stand does not include tables, chairs or electricity; these need to be ordered separately using the online application form. The selected organisations will receive an invoice by mail in March. The application is not approved until the exhibitor has paid the invoice by the due date.
You can sell food only if you bring your own tent. KEPA will provide a small sink for washing hands that is shared with the neighbouring stand. Only 3-phase current will be available for food sellers and only small gas bottles are allowed (up to 6 kg).
