The application period for exhibitors and vendors has ended for the 2010 festival.

Applications sent prior to the deadline will be confirmed by e-mail. Please note that the e-mail receipt is not a confirmation of a place at the festival. A registration confirmation will be sent to the selected organisations by e-mail 15 March 2010. KEPA reserves the right to approve or reject any exhibitor application.

Please sign up well in advance to avoid a rush - there are a limited number of stands available. The applications for a standard stand from KEPA's member organisations will be approved automatically; for other places the formal confirmation will be sent by 15 March 2010. The standard stand size is 2 x 2 meters. You can sell food only if you bring your own tent. KEPA will provide a small sink for washing hands that you will share with your neighbouring stand. Only 3-phase current will be available for food sellers and only small gas bottles are allowed (up to 6 kg).

The stand does not include tables, chairs or electricity; these need to be ordered separately using the stand reservation form. The selected organisations will receive an invoice by mail in March.

The participation fees are divided into different categories; the most inexpensive category is for KEPA’s member organisations. Make sure that you indicate the correct type of organisation; you may lose your place by giving incorrect information. Your organisation must accept the conditions of participation at the time of the registration. Please read the conditions carefully. KEPA reserves the right to approve or reject any exhibitor application.
