NGOs have a central position in the planning process of next year's festival. The World Village workshops and meetings are a great place to hear about how the festival plans are coming along and influence the contents, communication and course of direction. Everyone is welcome!

During fall and spring we will arrange several workshops in Finnish and info workshops in English. Please sign up for each info at least two days prior to the event by getting in touch with Production Assistant Jouni Pesola (jouni [dot] pesola [at] kepa [dot] fi or 09-584 23 238).

• Info For Food Vendors 5 April 2012 from 6 to 19 pm
  
  The purpose of the meeting is to discuss general guidelines for vending food at the festival. The event will be attended by Health Inspector, who will be able to answer questions. We ask each food vending organisation to send 1 to 2 representatives.
   
• Festival Info 3 May 2012 from 5 to 6.30 pm
  
  We will talk about the festival area and other important matters related to the up-coming festival. We ask each organisation to send 1 to 2 representatives. The festival team will be present.
