Info for exhibitors
You will find valuable information and instruction in the info for exhibitors site.
Large stands and tents
The large exhibitor stands are mainly located at the Railway Square and spaces for large tents are available in Kaisaniemi Park. Large stands are available in floored Multiflex tents, and they typically vary in sizes between 30–90 m². For example, an umbrella organisation or some other ensemble of organisations may apply for a larger stand or tent space. For more information please contact Communications and Fundraising Manager.
Stand and visibility packages
By choosing a stand and visibility package guarantees your organisation considerable visibility at the festival. The visibility packages include a stand or tent space as well as discounted advertising space in the festival magazine and at the LED screens at the festival site. A separate contract is signed with the exhibitors that choose a stand and visibility package, which guarantees the participation at the festival before the general exhibitor registration. For more information please contact Communications and Fundraising Manager.
