Participation instructions and fees for CSOs
The exhibitor registration for World Village Festival 2014 begins 2 December 2013 and closes 31 January 2014. Exhibitor registrations are only accepted through the online registration form.
The order of the received registrations does not have an impact on the confirmation of the exhibition stand. All registrations received within the registration period will be taken into account. The registrations will be reviewed during February and the selected exhibitors will be announced in the beginning of March. The exhibition stand will be confirmed officially when the participation fee has been paid by the due date in April.
By choosing one of the stand and promotion packages or a bigger compartment or tent gives you and opportunity to increase your visibility at the festival. When choosing a stand and promotion package or a bigger compartment, a separate contract will be signed. The contracting parties confirm their participation at the festival as exhibitors before the registration. The negotiations for stand and promotion packages for World Village Festival 2014 has started.

Note! The stand options above do not include tables, chairs or electricity apart from the stand and promotion packages, which include the furniture and electricity. The furniture and electricity are ordered separately in the online registration.
