Music

A diverse group of Finnish and foreign artists will perform all around the festival area.

Dance and Theatre

There will be performing arts on both days in different festival areas. The dance and theatre program will be released in April.

Kids' Program

The kids' program kicks off at 11 am on both days and continues in the Kids' Corner until closing time. The program will be released in April.

Factual Program and Literature

The festival will host tens of guests from around the world, with topics ranging from climate change to development cooperation. A literature section will also be available.

Other Program

World Village Festival offers a diverse off-stage programme as well, from sports to installation art.

Festival Clubs

There will be two clubs hosted at central venues in the city during the festival weekend.

Meeting Point for Cultures Again in May

World Village Festival 2010 will be held 29-30 May in Kaisaniemi park and Central Railway Square in Helsinki. Festival programme will be published in March.

Application Period for Exhibitors Has Ended

The registration for exhibitors and professional food and bazaar vendors has closed for this year's festival.
