Exhibitor registration for the 2019 festival begins in November. Reserve your place at Finland’s largest CSO event in time, as spaces are limited. Every year, over 400 different exhibitors participate in making World Village Festival happen.
World Village Festival 2019 is held 25–26 May with a focus on climate change. At the same time, the festival celebrates its 20th anniversary. The festival is held in Kaisaniemi Park and Railway Square. Reservations open for large exhibitor stands and theme stands on 1 November, while the registration period for smaller standard stands begins on 3 December.
Large exhibitor stands are available in Kaisaniemi Park and on Railway Square. The festival’s three expanded theme sections are located on Railway Square, offering a great opportunity to reach a targeted audience together with others who work on similar issues.
The Open Finland section is intended for exhibitors looking to reach new Finns especially. Climate Village hosts CSOs and other organisations who wish to present their work toward fighting climate change. Finally, World Travellers is intended for those working to promote responsible travel and tourism.
Note that theme sections and large exhibitor stands are highlighted in festival communications!
Standard stands include small spaces inside the Market of Possibilities tent, bazaar stands, food stands and some of the other spaces in Kaisaniemi Park. As space is limited, so is the number of stands available. Approved applicants will be notified by 20 March.
The price list for the 2019 festival will be released in the beginning of October. The exhibitor registration period ends on 17 February 2019.
