Registration for basic stands at the 2019 festival is now underway. As spaces are limited, we recommend you sign up for your exhibitor spot quickly.

World Village Festival is an excellent environment for presenting the efforts of your organisation or company to an audience that numbers in the tens of thousands and is interested in culture, international cuisines, sustainable development and CSO work. The festival is also an opportunity to build your network with others who work in your field. World Village Festival is the largest CSO event in Finland, gathering over 400 exhibitors in Helsinki for the festival weekend.

The smaller basic stands located in Kaisaniemi Park and the Market of Possibilities tent are ideal for CSOs, food vendors and artisans. Applications for basic stands submitted by Fingo members are automatically approved, while the remaining basic stands are assigned to applicants in the order of registration and confirmed in March.

The festival also offers larger exhibitor stands and spaces within three theme sections located on Railway Square. Theme sections help you reach a targeted audience together with others working in the integration of new Finns, climate change or responsible travel. Registrations for large exhibitor stands and theme section stands are confirmed within two weeks. Exhibitor registration for stands of all types ends on 17 February 2019.

Enhance the visibility of your organisation by purchasing advertisement space in the festival magazine – distributed around the Capital Region and at the festival area – or on LED screens located at the festival area during the weekend. By reserving advertising space along with your exhibitor space registration, you are entitled to a 40 percent discount on advertisement prices. Specific instructions regarding advertisement materials will be sent out during February 2019.

World Village Festival is held 25–26 May 2019. The festival’s main theme is climate change.
