(NLD/ITA/FIN/HUN/USA)

    Discussion Environment Other
Sunday 26.5.2019 11:00 – 11:30 Taiga Stage, Finnish National Theatre Club Scene

Climate change is not only a meteorological phenomenon, it is a political and cultural one as well. What is the role of art in a crisis like climate change? What can creative people teach us in a situation where climate change is forcing us to adapt to new and unforeseen situations?

Giving their opinions are performance artist and curator Willem Wilhemus, actor and Globe Art Point chair David Kozma and visual artist, architect and photographer Erika De Martino. The discussion is hosted by John Fail, producer of the venue Kuusi Palaa. The discussion is held in English.

The discussion belongs to the same project as the multidisciplinary performance Too Hot For Art, performed elsewhere in the festival area.
