"Woman at War" is a Nordic Council Film Prize-winning drama film about a battle between 50-year-old Icelandic environmental activist Halla and a local aluminium factory. Through the film, the creators present a strong environmental message.
Actor Juan Camilo Roman Estrada joins the festival to talk about the film and how he works to combat climate change as an artist. In the film, Colombian-born Estrada plays the part of a tourist blamed for the attacks carried out by the protagonist. Estrada is interviewed by Petra Laiti, co-chair of the UN Global Indigenous Youth Caucus and member of Ruska ensemble.
