Fida International is a Finnish global missions, development and humanitarian aid organization that operates in about 50 countries across the world. Fida works for human rights and human dignity in cooperation with local NGOs and churches. Our goal is a permanent change that gives hope for the future to the most vulnerable people. Our work focuses especially on strengthening children’s rights and impacts about 2 million people’s lives yearly. 2024 marks the 50th anniversary of Fida’s development cooperation work.
Fida secondhand is the biggest domestic chain of charity stores. You will find clothes, furniture, equipment for hobbies, and furnishing decor. Yearly, a million happy customers visit our stores. The profit of our secondhand stores is used to support Fida’s work globally.
